RL offers a number of consulting options:

· Telephone:

· We will spend as much time as necessary helping you define your requirements and offering a solution. You will receive a documented report, by E-mail, of your needs as we understood them and our recommendations to meet those needs.

· RL Office Design:

· Send us a floor plan of all locations to be included in the network. The floor plans must be to scale. We will work from those plans to design a solution to your stated problems. We will also need a facility contact name and phone number for identifying possible interference sources.

· The client will receive a full set of documentation, including RL floor plans that identify component location, antenna location, power levels and expected performance by location.

·  

· On Site Survey:

· RL will travel to your location, perform a walk through, (site survey) and design the network to meet your specifications. This is the most comprehensive consulting service we offer. Again, the client will receive a full set of documentation regardless of RL doing the installation or not.

·  

· Second Opinion:

· RL will review any design you have received and offer our opinion as to the quality of the design. Is it too much or not enough? Our recommendation will be fully documented. This can be done at the RL location on your site.

·  

· Consulting rates are determined by the scope and the size of the endeavor. On site consulting will be billed at a daily rate plus reasonable expenses.
